As many of you have heard, there was a violent streak of tornadoes in the south. It has been charted as the deadliest in 20 years. States such as Tennessee, Alabama, Arkansas, Kansas etc. were hit by these tornadoes. 52 are reported dead with the tallies still going up. Tornadoes (let alone this capacity) are not common in the winter time. Lets just all pray that those in need of comfort will be comforted. It could just be me, but I have been seeing more and more signs of the times. How about anyone else? Also, keep in mind that the prophet and his apostles have stopped talking about getting a food storage. They have urged and cautioned for YEARS. Now they have stopped. Just think about it for a minute.

I am a friend of Lindsey Rose's and I just read your post. I usually don't browse other people's blogs but for some reason I clicked on your link today. I wanted to comment because I honestly never even realized that the apostles have stopped mentioning food storage because in our old ward it was very much the topic all the time. However, you make a great point and also one that puts into perspective just how close we are to the Savior's second coming. I hope I'll be ready.
