Here is a little update on our family. I know I have been slacking. We sold our condo......in 4 hours!! I listed it on ksl and 4 hours later I received a call from a couple soon to be married saying they wanted it. They really didn't even look through the condo when they came over. Needless to say nephi did an amazing job remodeling so the condo pretty much sold itself. Well, we were house hunting the other day and came across this house that was just listed that day and to top it off it is in south weber!! Inside needs just a little TLC, not much at all. It is in a cul-d-sac and the back of the house has horse property owned by the polls that will never be built on. SWEET!! Nephi and I LOVE south weber so we placed an offer on saturday and will hear on monday if they take the offer or counter offer or whatever they do. So wish us luck.

With your mom looking for a house for you guys, you will have a house in no time. Not to mention it will be a sweet deal!! Good luck. I'll be jealous if you get a house in South Weber. I too have fallen in love with that city.
