LAGOON!!

Well, we did it this year. We decided to get lagoon season passes for all of us. (pricey, but if you go 2 times you break out even) I wanted somewhere I could go with a new baby, and since my sister has a daughter who is brinley's age, and a newborn too, I figured it was the perfect thing. So me and my sister drove down to Lagoon today and bought our passes and then decided to take the kids on a couple of rides. (let me tell ya, after going to Disneyland, I am so much more appreciative of Lagoon and not being NEAR as crowded.) But we walked on every ride. It was great. But, to get to the point, I just wanted to tell you how glad I am that I got one for Brinley too, because she was having the time of her life today. They have a ride like the adult ride the ROCKET but it is a little smaller and the seats are arranged so that little kids can ride too. (unlike the rocket) Well, Brinley's older cousin's were in line to go on it (the first ride we did) and brinley said she wanted to go. I let kim take her since I was pregnant knowing that when it was her turn she would back out, but I was so wrong. Brinley was laughing her head off. When it was the first big drop brinley was just laughing and flipping out. I wish I had brought my camera. She wanted to go on other big people rides like "the bat" and other rides like that that she obviously can't go on. But we stuck with the little kid rides and she had a blast. Next week when we go I will be sure to take pictures. I am just glad brinley is past the "being afraid of rides" stage. She is a blast.

Are you just trying to make me cry!? I am sooo jealous that you guys get to do that together, and it is not fair that I don't get to be there with you! I wish I could have seen Brin's face, I bet Brielle would have loved it. I miss you guys.

I'm soooo jealous! Tyson thought we would do that this year especially since we live so close, but between his eyes and building a house season passes must wait another year. Enjoy them for us, too!
